The day-charter from Port Hercule splits clean between the two coasts. Eastward, a full-day to Bordighera for lunch at La Riserva di Castel d'Appio and the slow return via Menton. Westward, a half-day rounds the Cap-Ferrat to the Eden-Roc swim and the Garoupe stretch, back for a 19h apéritif on the Casino terrace.
