Marlow is the SBM operation in the new Mareterra offshore extension — opened January 15, 2026 after a soft launch in December. The room sits on the new sea-front and is the first dining address that Monaco has gained in its newly built quarter. Mediterranean and seafood register, designed for the long lunch.
Book a terrace table at 13h30, take the daily catch and the local rosé, and walk the Mareterra promenade after. The address is the principality opening of the season, which means the booking sheet will tighten through summer 2026.
