Dry opened on Via Solferino in 2013 as the Brera bar-pizzeria that paired a serious cocktail programme with a wood-oven pizza kitchen — the format being a single room with the bar facing the oven, the bartender and the pizzaiolo working in parallel, the menu running to a dozen pizzas and forty cocktails. The Brera regulars treat it as the alternative to the formal dinner across the canal.
Book the dinner at 20h, take the Cipolla pizza and a Negroni, sit at the bar if alone. The address is the Brera local rather than the destination dinner.
