The room is loud, the service is brisk, the kitchen does not slow.
Book the counter for two three weeks ahead, take the chef's tasting and a bottle from the natural list. The dinner runs ninety minutes and ends sharply — this is not a long-table address. For a first dinner in Tel Aviv that locates the city's appetite, the booking is the answer.
