Taizu has run Yuval Ben Neriah's pan-Asian tasting since 2012 and remains the city's most ambitious chef's table — the menu is organised by region across South-East Asia, the wine list is sommelier-led, and the dinner runs three hours. The room is one of the few in Tel Aviv that holds a full white-tablecloth register.
