Dalida is the Florentin sibling to Port Said and The Salon and runs Eyal Shani's Levantine menu in a format that sits between the two — a working dinner room with a walk-in bar, an open kitchen, and a market-driven menu that changes through the week. The room is loud but the kitchen is sharp.
Book a table for four, take the bread service, one tomato plate, one whole fish, and let the dinner extend. The walk-in bar is the answer when the brief is a single drink and one or two plates without a reservation. For a client building a Shani-route through the city, this is the third of the three rooms.
