Nammos opened on Psarou in 2003 and built the template that Dubai, Cannes and Monaco have since imitated. The lunch is the proposition — Mediterranean, fish-led, the wine list is deeper than the format suggests, and the floor opens on the sand around 17h as the table service shifts register. The retail wing has filled out the property without changing the dynamic at the water.
Book a front-line table at 14h through the hotel a week ahead, take the seabass for two and the magnum of rosé, hold the table through the afternoon set. Dinner is for the second night.
