Corbu is the Italian coastal room inside the new Four Seasons — opening in June 2026 with the hotel, designed around the dolce vita register that the south coast of Mykonos has been missing at hotel-restaurant level. Four restaurants run under the property and Corbu is the signature dinner of the four.
Book a terrace table at 21h, take the seafood crudo and the spaghetti alle vongole, order a Greek white rather than the Italian list. The room will be the most asked-about new dinner on the island for the 2026 season.
