La Réserve à la Plage

When La Réserve Ramatuelle opened its beach extension on Pampelonne, the design choice was visible from the road: Wilmotte's wood and rope rather than the white-cushion default. The kitchen runs parallel to Eric Canino's two-star vegetable language at La Voile upstairs, in a lighter all-day register.

Book lunch rather than dinner, take a sunbed at the front line for the afternoon, and walk back to the car at 18h. The room is the smartest on Pampelonne for clients who refuse a club register.
