Mimosa is Jean-François Piège's Provençal room inside the Hôtel de la Marine on the Concorde — the courtyard terrace with the view across to the Tuileries, the Mediterranean menu, the kind of long lunch the centre has not had at this address since the eighteenth century. The room is the rare ministerial-grade dining space the public can book.
