The Samaritaine restoration delivered, on the upper floors, a palace whose proposition is unambiguous: this is the only Paris hotel with a proper Seine-facing room from the pool deck. Donckèle commutes between Plénitude here and La Vague d'Or in Saint-Tropez, and Plénitude has held three stars since 2022.
Book a Junior Suite with the Pont-Neuf view, eat at Plénitude once, swim before the city wakes. The hotel is structurally newer than Le Bristol but the service is now mature enough to match.
