Tegui

Tegui is Germán Martitegui's tasting room in Palermo Hollywood — no menu, no choices, just the chef's seasonal sequence delivered through a long European-leaning tasting that has put the kitchen on Latin America's 50 Best for years. The room itself is a converted house behind an anonymous black door (no street sign) and the experience is closer to a Tokyo omakase than to a Buenos Aires restaurant.

For clients who have already done Don Julio and want the contemporary version of Argentine fine dining, Tegui is the dinner. The wine pairing is excellent and worth the supplement. Note: there have been recent reports of a planned closure — confirm with the restaurant directly before booking flights around the reservation.
