HONŌ is Riviera Dining Group's downtown move — a modern Japanese steakhouse and open-air lounge at the top of the E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Park West, sixty-five floors above the entertainment district. The kitchen works on fire: teppanyaki technique, premium cuts, a Japan-meets-Miami register that reads as a downtown answer to what MILA does on the beach.
The rooftop is the other half of the proposition — an open-air room with a view running from South Beach across Brickell to Coral Gables, and a music programme built around international residencies rather than a house DJ.
It is the fifth room of the group, after MILA, Casa Neos, Claudie and AVA, and the first to sit downtown rather than on the water or the beach.
