The surf on the Bukit is the most respected on the island and the right introduction is via private instruction — Uluwatu for the long left, Padang Padang for the barrel, Bingin for the morning paddle. The local instructors read the day, the swell, the tide and the reef break for the right session — and the equipment, the transfer and the safety run on the same booking.
Camille handles the introduction. Take the 06h session for the cleanest swell before the wind, the breakfast at Single Fin or Drifter after, and the second session the following morning if the brief is the surf week.
