Marlette is the organic café on the rue des Martyrs — the long counter, the morning queue, the South-Pigalle regulars who have earned the room as the local. The kitchen runs the brunch standard with the bakery work that has built the brand: the cake, the granola, the long sourdough.

Take the counter at 10h, order the granola bowl and the toast, drink the flat white. The room is the right South-Pigalle answer for the slow morning, and the bakery side runs the take-away for the office.
