The practice · Miami & Europe

The bridge between European hospitality and the American market.

A small consulting house for hotels, restaurants, clubs and luxury brands — and for the people who travel between them.

Why Beesy

Europe knows how to run a house. America knows how to fill it.

A European hotel group arrives in Miami and prices like it is still in Provence. An American brand opens in Saint-Tropez and cannot understand why the room is empty at nine. Both are excellent operators. Both are working from the wrong map.

Beesy sits on the line between the two. Based in Miami, at work in Europe — Saint-Tropez, Paris, Monaco, Geneva, Courchevel — and reading both markets weekly, in public, in the magazine you can read on this site.

It is a small practice on purpose. Camille leads every engagement. When a project needs a specialist, she brings one — and the accountability stays with her.

How we work

Three steps. No deck theatre.

I

The brief

Five lines is enough to start. What the house is, where it stands, and what you want to be true in a year. A reply within 48 hours, always from Camille.

II

The read

A walk-through, on site where it matters. What is working, what is not, and what nobody has said out loud yet — written plainly, in a document you can hand to your board.

III

The work

A scope, a price and a calendar, agreed before anything starts. Camille leads. Where a specialist is better — a photographer, a chef, a revenue analyst — she brings one, and stays accountable for the result.

The proof

We publish our thinking. You can read it before you hire us.

Most consultancies ask you to take their judgement on faith. Ours is published weekly — the openings, the deals, the addresses, the agenda across thirty-four cities. Read a year of it, then decide.
